All products are digital and delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

When we will refund

• The file is corrupted or does not match the product description and we cannot fix it within 72 hours
• You were charged twice for the same order
• The product was never delivered

How to request

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
