Frequently asked questions
What does GPL actually mean for me?
Most WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GNU General Public License. The GPL lets anyone use, study, modify and redistribute the code, which is exactly what we do: we distribute the GPL-licensed files at an affordable price.
Are these the same files as the developer’s version?
Yes. We distribute the untouched GPL code as supplied by the original developers – never nulled, never injected with extra code. Files are checked before they are listed.
Do I get an official licence key or developer support?
No. GPL items do not include the developer’s licence key, one-click dashboard updates or official support. If you need those, buy directly from the developer. We provide download access and updates through your account.
How do I receive my files?
Right after payment, download links appear on the order page, in your confirmation email and permanently under My Account → Downloads.
Can I use a product on unlimited websites?
The GPL places no limit on the number of sites you install the code on. Premium services tied to the developer (keys, cloud features) are not included.
What is your refund policy?
Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case – see our Refund Policy page for full details.
Do you offer updates?
When a new version is released and we add it to the store, the updated file is made available in your account downloads.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment options shown at checkout – typically UPI, cards and net banking via our payment gateway.
Do I need an account?
Yes – an account is created at checkout so your downloads are always available under My Account.
